About me
My name is Cindy Schott, I am one of the two third grade German immersion teachers at Waddell. I'm from the beautiful city Ravensburg in the south of Germany, near Austria and Switzerland.
After graduating from high school in 2009, I spent one year in the USA as an aupair.
After that I studied at the University of Education in Weingarten, Germany, from 2010 to 2014. At the beginning of 2014 I came to Charlotte to be an intern at Waddell. I experienced the greatness of working at this school with so many amazing international teachers.
In the summer of 2016 I accomplished the one and a half year long teacher training and moved to Charlotte to come back to Waddell as part of the team.
I love challenges and I'm not too afraid of risks which is why I moved here by myself. My family still lives in Germany and is happy to see me enjoying my work and life in this amazing country.
